Judge tosses suit against Obama health care plan (AP)

AP - A federal judge on Tuesday threw out a lawsuit claiming that President Barack Obama's requirement that all Americans have health insurance violates the religious freedom of those who rely on God to protect them.

The Christian Science Monitor - The US Supreme Court declined on Tuesday to take up a case examining whether Ten Commandments displays in two county courthouses in Kentucky were an unconstitutional endorsement of religion in violation of the First Amendment.

AP - The Supreme Court has passed up a chance to take another look at a six-year-old ruling that struck down the display of the Ten Commandments in two Kentucky courthouses.
